Chief Accountant (Factory-based)
Location: Phu My 3 SIP, Ba RiaVung Tau
Working Hours: 08:3017:30, Monday to Friday, plus alternating Saturdays.

Our client is a subsidiary of a leading South Korean corporation specializing in ferroalloys and non-ferrous metals. Established in Vietnam in 2020, their manufacturing facility plays a key role in supporting the regional and global steel industry.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Accountant to join our client&aposs dynamic team. This role is factory-based and focuses on setting up and standardizing financial and accounting procedures to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial and accounting procedures
- Manage payment processing and review outstanding balances
- Prepare tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, WHT)
- Supervise and verify accounting records
- Close accounts monthly, quarterly, annually and prepare financial statements
- Analyze and reconcile accounts and the general ledger
- Prepare cash flow, budgets, and forecasts
- Control revenue, operating and project costs
- Provide management reports for the Board of Directors
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Support audits with required data and documents
- Perform other duties assigned by the Board of Directors
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
- Experience: 10+ years as Chief Accountant in a factory environment
- Certification: Chief Accountant Certificate (mandatory)
- Skills: Leadership, organization, problem-solving, ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge: Vietnamese tax laws (VAT, CIT, WHT), local & international standards
- Technical Skills: MISA, SAP, MS Office
- Preferred: Experience in a Korean manufacturing company
- Language: Good command of English
