We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Administrator/Personal Assistant to support our C-level executives. This role is integral to ensuring efficient administrative functions, overseeing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, an excellent communicator, and dedicated to enhancing executive and departmental productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Administration:
- Assist in managing daily operations and administrative tasks across various departments.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between teams to ensure alignment on projects.
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and databases.
- Manage office inventory and supplies, including ordering and distribution.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed, such as drafting communications and organizing the office filing system.
- Assist in organizing company events when necessary.
- Provide support to HR on administrative tasks as needed.
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the C-level executives.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in personal tasks and errands as required by executives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally supporting executives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to improving business processes.
