Job Description

Job Purpose:

Deliver end-to-end Learning & Development for Marketing and Other Sales teams by identifying capability needs, provide training solutions and ensuring smooth training operation (communication, logistic arrangement, budget management and reporting). This role aims to power-up the development of employee capability, ensuring alignment with the organization's development goals.

Key activities

1.Learning & Development management: Drive end-to-end training lifecycle & ensure alignment with business priorities

  • Deployment the function training and development for Marketing and Other Sales teams.

- Collaborate with PBP & stakeholders to conduct Training Needs Analysis , identify critical capability gaps and provide appropriate solutions to deploy.

- Verify intakes & select reliable Internal or External trainers with tailored/customized training program to meet function demand .

- Optimize budget utilization through proactive monitoring and timely execution tracking: mid year update & individual training reminder.

- Keep track and monitor training cost-effectiveness and provide quarterly updates to PBP.

  • Functional competency:

- Support for competency assessment or career road maps (if any).

  • Sales Leadership Training Communication:

- Deliver clear, engaging Sales Leadership training communications across registration, pre-work (survey & e-learning), course updates, case study review, evaluation, and graduation

  • Training Logistics:

- Organize logistics for in-house and external training sessions, including venue arrangements, catering, and participant management.

- Follow up on training quotations and contracts to ensure timely execution.

- Prepare and maintain in-house training materials and learning resources for L&D operations.

  • Collaboration with External Training Providers:

- Search and select reliable external training services to conduct/faciliate L&D training program.

  • Onboarding Process:

- Lead the onboarding e-learning process and communicate effectively with new joiners to ensure a smooth implementation.

  • Administrative Responsibilities:

- Handle online approvals, e-claims, and purchase orders related to L&D activities to ensure efficient operations.

- Evaluate the effectiveness and success of learning and development activities.

2.Learning Platform management:

  • Together with the team, manage and update the Learning platform with relevant training activities and resources.

3.Training Budget, Dashboard management & Reports:

  • Lead Training Dashboard and enable data-driven L&D decisions through on-time input training metrics: training hours, budget, coverage.
  • Training budget: Take in charge of Marketing & Other Sales budget and consolidate all HVN training budget. Managing budget from planning to submission, tracking progress as well as up to date report, ensuring timely and accurate tracking.
  • Ensures high quality and integrity of L&D data by monitoring accuracy, consistency and reporting on time.

4.Talent Development Communication & learning culture:

  • Enhance Talent Development communication to demonstrate benefit both individual growth and organizational success.
  • Support the promotion and implementation of digital applications in L&D activities and contribute to learning culture initiatives.

5.All mandatory compliance training dashboard:

  • Take lead and manage compliance for mandatory training courses (CoBC, Anti-bribery) as target.
  • Lead and collaborate with relevant PICs to ensure all mandatory compliance training courses are up to date in dashboard.

Knowledge and Experience:

Education background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.

Experience / skills required: 3-5 years of working experience in Learning & Development

  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Critical thinking and business acumen
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong organization and problem-solving; data-driven approach to L&D.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
