Job Purpose:
Deliver end-to-end Learning & Development for Marketing and Other Sales teams by identifying capability needs, provide training solutions and ensuring smooth training operation (communication, logistic arrangement, budget management and reporting). This role aims to power-up the development of employee capability, ensuring alignment with the organization's development goals.
Key activities
1.Learning & Development management: Drive end-to-end training lifecycle & ensure alignment with business priorities
- Collaborate with PBP & stakeholders to conduct Training Needs Analysis , identify critical capability gaps and provide appropriate solutions to deploy.
- Verify intakes & select reliable Internal or External trainers with tailored/customized training program to meet function demand .
- Optimize budget utilization through proactive monitoring and timely execution tracking: mid year update & individual training reminder.
- Keep track and monitor training cost-effectiveness and provide quarterly updates to PBP.
- Support for competency assessment or career road maps (if any).
- Deliver clear, engaging Sales Leadership training communications across registration, pre-work (survey & e-learning), course updates, case study review, evaluation, and graduation
- Organize logistics for in-house and external training sessions, including venue arrangements, catering, and participant management.
- Follow up on training quotations and contracts to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare and maintain in-house training materials and learning resources for L&D operations.
- Search and select reliable external training services to conduct/faciliate L&D training program.
- Lead the onboarding e-learning process and communicate effectively with new joiners to ensure a smooth implementation.
- Handle online approvals, e-claims, and purchase orders related to L&D activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and success of learning and development activities.

Knowledge and Experience:
Education background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
Experience / skills required: 3-5 years of working experience in Learning & Development
Functional Competencies:
Languages requirements: Fluently in spoken and written English
