Job Description

A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role of Performance & Strategic Planning Executive is to drive e-commerce campaign strategy and performance optimization across Shopee and TikTok Shop, including Affiliate Marketing programs. This role works closely with Social Media Marketing and E-commerce Operations teams, acting as a strategic bridge to ensure alignment across paid media, affiliate traffic, and platform promotions. This is a high-impact role with a clear growth path toward e-commerce performance and operations leadership.

1. E-commerce Campaign Strategy:

  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns for Mega Campaigns, Brand Days, Flash Sales, and Livestream pushes.
  • Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and execution roadmaps for Shopee and TikTok Shop.
  • Design traffic and promotion structures across paid media, platform ads, affiliate, and organic channels.

2. Affiliate Marketing Strategy:

  • Plan and optimize Affiliate Marketing programs across Shopee and TikTok Shop.
  • Design affiliate mechanics including commission structures, product selection, and content formats.
  • Analyze affiliate performance and optimize creator mix, incentives, and campaign timing.

3. Performance Analysis & Optimization:

  • Monitor key metrics including GMV, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and AOV.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on budget allocation, promotion mechanics, and traffic mix.
  • Support real-time optimization during campaigns and conduct post-campaign reviews.

4. Cross-team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Social Media Marketing teams to align traffic strategy and creatives.
  • Coordinate with E-commerce Operations teams to ensure readiness on stock, pricing, vouchers, and fulfillment.
  • Act as a strategic connector across Content, Performance, Affiliate, and Operations functions.

C, REQUIREMENT: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce Performance, Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Campaign Strategy.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopee & TikTok Shop, including affiliate ecosystems.
  • Experience working with creators, affiliates, or KOL-driven commerce models is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced campaign environments.
  • Leadership mindset with interest in growing into a team lead / operations leadership role.
