Job Description

Main Duties:

1. Take responsibility in managing partner performance including partner online hour and partner productivity for reaching department's target

2. Ensure partner engagement in app by requesting and co-developing new feature/ tools to promote partner's online time in app and improve partner's performance

3. Coordinate with Partner Ops/ Operations Excellence team to navigate supply, maintain operations performance metrics.

4. Monitor beCaptain and oversee Captain performance: quantity of online drivers, online hours, trips and compliance following navigating call.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure supply hour daily/weekly/monthly by vertical
  • Take responsible for Operations C/R metric including C/R 2W & C/R 4W
  • Improve engagement plan for drivers: Online/offline activities, driver benefits, ...
  • Planning and monitor driver/cleaner's segment for keeping driver/cleaner's retention rate monthly/quarterly/ yearly
  • Control driver/cleaner's insight by multi-channel communication plan be-captain,be community group, ...
  • Able to design call scripts, monitor tele sales KPI to deliver result for department's target

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experiences in similar position
  • Bachelor's degree of Marketing/Business Administration is required
  • Logical thinking, critical thinking, data driven mindset, ...
  • Able to manage a small tele sales team
  • Photoshop/SQL skill is an advantage
