Main Duties:
1. Take responsibility in managing partner performance including partner online hour and partner productivity for reaching department's target
2. Ensure partner engagement in app by requesting and co-developing new feature/ tools to promote partner's online time in app and improve partner's performance
3. Coordinate with Partner Ops/ Operations Excellence team to navigate supply, maintain operations performance metrics.
4. Monitor beCaptain and oversee Captain performance: quantity of online drivers, online hours, trips and compliance following navigating call.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure supply hour daily/weekly/monthly by vertical
- Take responsible for Operations C/R metric including C/R 2W & C/R 4W
- Improve engagement plan for drivers: Online/offline activities, driver benefits, ...
- Planning and monitor driver/cleaner's segment for keeping driver/cleaner's retention rate monthly/quarterly/ yearly
- Control driver/cleaner's insight by multi-channel communication plan be-captain,be community group, ...
- Able to design call scripts, monitor tele sales KPI to deliver result for department's target
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experiences in similar position
- Bachelor's degree of Marketing/Business Administration is required
- Logical thinking, critical thinking, data driven mindset, ...
- Able to manage a small tele sales team
- Photoshop/SQL skill is an advantage
