About the Role
As a CRM Executive (Direct Channels), you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing customer communications across owned channels (Push Notification, Email, and other direct touchpoints). You will play a key role in driving user engagement, retention, and conversion through data-driven campaign execution and continuous optimization.
Main Responsibilities
- Execute customer communications via CRM direct channels (Push Notification, Email, etc.) to drive engagement and retention
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns act as the main contact for cross-team requests, ensuring alignment on timelines, formats, and user experience
- Own end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, QA, and deployment
- Develop and optimize campaign content and targeting for different user segments
- Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights
- Prepare regular reports and support cross-team data needs
- Collaborate with BI, Product, and Marketing teams to improve tracking and campaign effectiveness
- Review booking requests and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Support ad-hoc tasks for team operations
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or direct channels (Push Notification, Email, etc.)
- Experience in e-commerce or tech environments is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys) preferred
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in campaign optimization
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns
- Proactive, fast learner, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Understanding of user segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey mapping
- Basic SQL or data analysis skills are a plus
