Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating various people operations processes and initiatives for offices worldwide, such as employee onboarding, performance reviews, and employer branding improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure a seamless and efficient people operations process implementation.
- Help develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with company values and local labor laws.
- Assist in communicating policies and procedures to employees, ensuring awareness and compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees&apos process-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and escalating issues as needed.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and introductions to key team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Work closely with managers to address performance issues and support employee development.
- Support the performance appraisal process by guiding managers and employees.
- Identify opportunities for professional development and training.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar People Operations or HR role, preferably in the F&B industry;
- Proficiency in Chinese or English is a must.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Understanding of certain people processes and initiatives, such as employee onboarding, performance management, or employee engagement;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-service mindset;
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
