Prepare and manage the budget for parts and accessories ordering.
Monitor and analyze monthly expenses to ensure cost control.
Propose solutions to optimize inventory costs and improve financial efficiency.
Analyze demand and place orders for parts and accessories across markets.
Set and maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels for each Aftersales warehouse.
Monitor stock availability and ensure target service level (fill rate) is achieved.
Process orders from distributors and service centers accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate deliveries of parts and accessories to market warehouses.
Manage parts allocation for campaigns and special programs.
Handle and resolve order-related issues and complaints from distributors/service centers.
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports related to order fulfillment and inventory performance.
Identify gaps and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Support the development and standardization of order management procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 35 years of experience in order coordination, parts management, inventory control, or supply chain (automotive industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/SAP/DMS systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
