J Ob Description
Team & Process Management:
- Manage and allocate tasks within the pricing department to ensure effective workflow and compliance with established pricing procedures.
- Ensure smooth and accurate execution of the parts pricing process across all markets.
Pricing Policy & Strategy
- Develop and propose pricing policies for spare parts and accessories for both Vietnam and international markets.
- Review and adjust pricing strategies based on market conditions, cost structures, and corporate objectives.
Data Management & Systems Integration
- Supervise and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of pricing data updates.
- Maintain data synchronization between core systems (SAP, DMS, SF, and other relevant IT platforms).
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across all pricing-related systems.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with finance, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure pricing aligns with business goals.
- Support management with pricing analyses, reports, and policy recommendations.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration,
- Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in pricing, finance, or related areas, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of finance and pricing principles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Hands-on experience with SAP and familiarity with DMS and Salesforce (SF) systems.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Language: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) for working with international markets.
