KidZania Hanoi is a unique edutainment theme park designed as a child-sized city where children aged 4–15 can explore and experience real-world professions through hands-on, immersive activities. In this miniature economy, children gain valuable life skills such as decision-making, collaboration, and problem-solving while engaging with trusted brand experiences in an interactive setting. A franchise of KidZania Mexico, KidZania Hanoi is fully operated by MBC Playbe Vietnam, a subsidiary of MBC Playbe Korea, which established its presence in Vietnam in 2023. It offers children a dynamic space to explore their interests and build a foundation for their future through innovative learning experiences.
Role Description
- Identify and attract potential partners who align with KidZania's mission and values.
- Possess proactive, independent, and goal-oriented sales skills
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners.
- (our partners include about 20 companies including Vietnam Airlines, Hyundai Thanh Cong, Shinhan Bank, Lotteria, Lotte Mart, and Morinaga Milk)
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements.
- Coordinate with operations departments to manage partner experiential facilities.
- Report as required by management.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or partnership or affiliate marketing, or a related field
- Foreign language skills preferred Japanese, English fluency preferred
- Independent B2B sales capabilities and a network of Vietnamese consumer goods companies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience in Korean or Japanese companies preferred
- Experience in the entertainment or education industry preferred
