This position is responsible for researching, identifying, approaching, and developing international partnerships, while supporting the expansion into overseas markets through market assessment, partnership development, business opportunity identification, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on market trends, customer demand, consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and business opportunities in target foreign markets.
- Monitor and update market developments to provide timely recommendations for market expansion.
- Act as a focal point in coordinating with internal teams such as Business Development, Product, Operations, Legal, and Finance during the partner development and market expansion process.
- Support the organization of meetings, business matching sessions, conferences, events, and working schedules with international partners.
- Follow up on partnership progress and coordinate cross-functional tasks to ensure effective implementation.
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports on partnership development, market research outcomes, and new business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- At least 1–3 years of experience in partnership development, international business, market development, B2B sales, account management, or related roles.
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to use English effectively and professionally in work-related contexts, including email communication, meetings, negotiations, and presentations with international partners.
- Good planning, coordination, and project follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive, flexible, and business-minded with a strong sense of ownership.
