  • Corporate Culture & Strategy
  • Foundation Building: Develop long-term strategies and execute initiatives to shape and promote the company's core values and cultural identity.
  • Culture Digitalization: Transform cultural values into digital content and creative communication campaigns to enhance accessibility and understanding among employees.
  • Culture Health Measurement: Conduct periodic engagement surveys and propose solutions to improve the working environment.
  • Employee Experience (EX) Management
  • Journey Design: Collaborate with HR to optimize employee touchpoints throughout the lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding).
  • Engagement Initiatives: Propose non-financial benefits, policies, and programs to enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Event Management & Creative Concept
  • Planning & Execution: Lead major events (Year-end Party, Team Building, Company Trip) and regular workshops/minigames.
  • Experience Innovation: Apply technology and creative concepts to deliver engaging and memorable employee experiences.
  • Budget Management: Prepare budgets, work with agencies/suppliers, and ensure quality execution.
  • Multi-channel Communication Management
  • Channel Management: Oversee content and operations across multiple channels: Fanpage, Website, TikTok, internal groups, Email Marketing, etc.
  • Performance Growth: Ensure KPIs related to brand awareness (Reach, Impression) and engagement are achieved. Content
  • Production: Guide visual direction, video scripting (especially TikTok), and professional communication materials.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • HR Collaboration: Support Employer Branding initiatives to attract talent.
  • Department Coordination: Lead communication for internal projects and departmental activities.
  • Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report Marcom performance to leadership on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing/Communications, preferably in tech companies or startups.
  • Experience in leading teams or independently managing communication channels/campaigns.
  • Strong ability to build and execute communication strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Experience in internal communications and/or corporate culture development.
  • Understanding of employee experience/engagement and ability to implement relevant initiatives.
  • Strong content mindset with the ability to understand audience insights and grow channels.
  • Experience in managing communication platforms (Facebook, Website; TikTok is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive, creative, and highly responsible.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Basic English proficiency for work purposes.
