NextBold Capital is an investment and advisory firm headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City. We are seeking a Partnership & Business Development Intern for one of our portfolio companies in the education industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, prioritise, and maintain a qualified partner pipeline (e.g., corporates/HR, embassies, relocation firms, education agents, preschools/kindergartens, community organisations).
- Conduct outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone), secure meetings, and progress opportunities to MOUs/agreements.
- Plan and drive initiatives (campaigns, events, content, CRM workflows) with clear timelines, owners, and budgets.
- Coordinate with admissions/sales, academics, and operations to ensure campaign readiness and on-time delivery.
- Document and improve processes (SOPs, checklists, playbooks) across partnerships and marketing.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in business development, partnerships, account management, or marketing operations (education or services preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication in Vietnamese and English; confident presenter and relationship-builder.
- Structured, analytical, and action-oriented; able to manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
