We are now looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant to support the Partner in building our AI-driven ecosystem, managing data, and helping streamline operations. This is an exciting role for someone who loves AI and wants to be part of a fast-growing investment and technology platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in building and testing AI Agents to support Dealflows operations and deal-matching platform.

- Clean, organize, and manage databases to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.

- Support research, data entry, and light documentation tasks.

- Communicate clearly in English (written and spoken) to help prepare reports, summaries, and presentations.

- Learn and adapt quickly to new tools and AI applications used in the company.

- Provide general administrative and project support to the Partner as needed.

Requirements

- Good command of English, both written and spoken.

- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for AI and its real-life applications (no prior technical expertise required).

- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in handling data and tasks.

- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently when needed.

Nice-to-Have (but not required)

- Familiarity with spreadsheets, CRMs, or basic data management tools.

- Exposure to AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, or automation platforms).
