The OD Manager will serve as the organizational architect of M Village designing competencies framework, performance management, growing talents, and shaping culture to support rapid multi-property growth. This is a pivotal role that drives execution today while laying the foundation of the HR organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Organization & Processes
- Lead HR/OD rollouts across multiple properties: SOPs, organization design, workforce planning, and large-scale onboarding.
- Standardize, maintain, and continuously improve HR processes covering training, performance, and development.
2. Capability & Career Development
- Build competency frameworks for both back office and operations teams.
- Design career paths and development programs for employees.
- Implement Managerial and Leadership Programs to strengthen leadership capability.
3. Culture & Engagement
- Partner with leadership to design and drive culture-building programs and initiatives.
- Work closely with Internal Communication/Employer Branding to organize activities that strengthen employee engagement and promote M Villages brand values.
4. Data & Effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze HR and operational KPIs: training coverage & effectiveness, quality scores, employee experience feedback.
- Recommend data-driven improvements to ensure sustainable business impact.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 7+ years in HR/OD, preferably within hospitality, retail, or other fast-growing service sectors.
- Hands-on experience rolling out HR/OD frameworks for multiple properties (org design, SOPs, ramp-up onboarding).
- Proven track record in building competency frameworks, career paths, and leadership programs.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and provincial labor markets.
- Bilingual (Vietnamese English) with strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in HR/operations data analysis and KPI tracking (training, quality, productivity, costs).
