Responsibilities

  • Job Description:
  • Total Rewards Policy Design & Management

– Develop and implement Total Rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees.

– Research and analyze market data, then propose compensation and benefits adjustments aligned with industry trends and internal conditions.

– Develop and propose competitive welfare and benefits strategies suitable for various job groups and levels, ensuring practicality in management and alignment with business strategy.

– Collaborate with departments to ensure compensation and benefits policies are implemented in line with organizational development goals.

  • Talent Management

– Design and execute strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.

– Build succession planning programs, and develop and implement training initiatives for potential leaders.

– Assess employee competencies and propose individual development plans.

  • Performance Management

– Implement and continuously improve the Performance Review system (including evaluation methods, principles, and competency/attitude dictionaries).

– Analyze and identify areas for organizational improvement based on employee satisfaction and engagement survey results.

  • Organization Structure Management

– Design and optimize organizational structure, job title systems, and career paths.

– Research and propose suitable job title systems, hierarchy levels, and functional responsibilities aligned with the organizational model.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background:

– Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

– English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or higher

  • Requirements/Competencies:

– Minimum of 4 years of experience in building and implementing OD systems.

– In-depth knowledge of Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Performance Management.

– Profound understanding of survey methodologies and the factors influencing employee satisfaction and engagement.

– Solid knowledge of factors affecting labor productivity, including tools and processes for controlling labor productivity within an organization.

  • Softskills:

– Strong data analysis skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities (Critical thinking & Problem-solving).

– Ability to research and independently generate design ideas.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills when working with leadership levels.

– Innovative mindset and the ability to implement improvement projects in the HR domain.

– Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
