Job Description

  • Develop and propose compensation, benefits, and employee reward policies.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Manage attendance, payroll calculations, and distribute monthly payslips.
  • Handle and resolve employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Prepare and process social insurance documentation for employees.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
  • Support the organization of internal events and corporate culture initiatives.
  • Review and verify commission reports for different teams.
  • Collaborate with Team Leads to design salary structures and register social insurance in compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement annual health insurance and employee health check programs.
  • Handle registration, updates, and adjustments of personal tax codes and dependent tax registrations.
  • Update and standardize HR documentation, including labor contracts, appendices, contract termination documents, and handover records.
  • Provide guidance on the proper use of HR templates in accordance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, careful, and well-organized.
  • Hands-on experience with 3P compensation systems, payroll processing, social insurance procedures, and performance management.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and professionalism in both communication and actions.
  • Proactive, diligent, eager to learn, and adaptable to technology with a mindset for continuous improvement and digital transformation.
  • Friendly, open-minded, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal communication skills.
