About Project
In a context where users are increasingly facing sophisticated forms of fraud through calls, technological devices like cameras, and digital platforms, VCS is focused on developing a comprehensive product ecosystem. This ecosystem integrates multiple applications and services to provide holistic user protection, including features for scam warnings, anti-harassment (anti-spam calls/messages), and securing user accounts and personal information.
We are seeking a Product Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in harnessing and analyzing product data, helping the development team better understand user behavior, feature effectiveness, and market trends. This position will enable the project team to make more accurate decisions, optimize product strategy, and drive business development based on actual data.
Responsibilities
- Collect, connect, and manage data from multiple sources to ensure data completeness and accuracy for analysis
- Analyze and visualize data to evaluate product effectiveness, user behavior, business performance, and market trends
- Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to guide the project team in product development, optimizing user experience, and enhancing operational efficiency
- Build reports, dashboards, and tools to track operational, product, and business metrics; proactively issue warnings and propose improvements
- Collaborate with Product, Business, and Tech teams to identify problems, validate hypotheses, and assess the impact of changes based on data
- Participate in building and standardizing the data system for long-term analysis and supporting data-driven projects.
Qualifications
– At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a preference for candidates from the finance, telecommunications, e-commerce, or information security sectors- Good understanding of business models, product metrics, and user behavior (especially within the tech product or digital platform sector).
– Strong grasp of data analysis concepts, data storytelling, A/B testing, and evaluating feature/campaign effectiveness.
– Proficiency in SQL and the ability to work with analysis/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
– Possess logical and analytical thinking skills, problem-solving in a business context, and the ability to convert data into practical insights.
– Knowledge or experience with Data Warehouse, Big Data, or tracking systems is a plus.
– Skills in synthesizing, presenting, and communicating insights clearly and simply.
– Critical thinking, proactively proposing and consulting solutions based on data.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Business, or related fields.
