Operations Specialist

We are seeking an Operations Specialist with proven experience in a Destination Management Company in Vietnam. If you have successfully coordinated tour guides, transportation, and on-the-ground logistics to ensure seamless travel experiences, wed love to hear from you!

At Destination Asia Vietnam, you will play a key role in ensuring that itineraries run smoothly and efficiently. From managing supplier relationships to overseeing daily operations, youll help us deliver exceptional services that exceed client expectations across Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the daily operations of tours and activities
• Assign and manage tour guides, transportation, and other service providers
• Ensure services are delivered on time, within budget, and according to company standards
• Maintain and update operational documentation, schedules, and reports
• Resolve operational issues promptly to safeguard client satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth communication and efficiency
• Contribute to developing and improving operational SOPs and best practices

What Were Looking For

• Vocational degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tour operations, logistics, or travel coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving mindset, able to work under pressure, and a strong team player
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to operational excellence
