Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Preparation: Assist in drafting and revising contracts based on existing templates.
- Translation: Translate contracts, correspondence, and other documents between Vietnamese and Chinese (both directions).
- Contract Filing & Management: Maintain and organize contract records to ensure documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
- Partner Communication: Support communication with Chinese partners and suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely information exchange.
- Contract Review & Tracking: Assist in verifying the accuracy of contract terms and monitor contract processing progress.
- Contract Signing Process: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and timely contract signing procedures.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on contract status and related activities for direct manager.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
