Job Description:
- Project Management & Execution:
- Lead and manage multiple operational projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, track key milestones, and proactively address risks or delays.
- Ensure smooth project handover to relevant operational owners post-implementation.
2. Process Gap Analysis & Problem Solving
- Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or compliance issues across the e-commerce value chain.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop actionable solutions.
- Work with process owners to design and implement improvements that are scalable and sustainable.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with teams across Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Warehouse, and Tech to ensure alignment on project goals and execution.
- Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams to translate operational needs into practical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops or working sessions to align stakeholders and drive consensus.
4. Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
- Establish project success metrics and track post-implementation performance.
- Document best practices, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities for future projects.
- Contribute to the development of PMO frameworks, tools, and reporting standards for the Planning team.
5. Ad-hoc & Strategic Assignments
- Take ownership of urgent problem-solving tasks or special initiatives assigned by Reporting Manager.
- Act as a go-to resource for operational troubleshooting and rapid execution needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, operations planning, or process improvement, preferably in e-commerce or fast-moving consumer goods.
- Strong problem-solving skills with proven ability to resolve complex operational challenges.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Solid analytical skills with experience using data to guide decision-making and measure outcomes.
- Highly adaptable with the ability to quickly understand new business areas and shift focus as priorities change.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
