About the Role

This role is responsible for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring that our operations can scale sustainably as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Optimization & Process Improvement

  • Analyze, review, and improve current operating processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Build SOPs, workflows, and operating standards across relevant business functions.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.

2. Operational Performance Management

  • Set up dashboards and monitoring mechanisms for key operational indicators.
  • Work with relevant departments to ensure smooth and consistent operations.
  • Follow up on performance gaps and work with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.

3. Digital Transformation & Automation

  • Work closely with Tech and Product teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
  • Propose tools and systems to improve workflow management, ticketing, reporting, and operational tracking.

4. Improvement Project Management

  • Lead operational optimization and transformation projects.
  • Manage project timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and implementation progress.

5. Process Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure operational activities comply with company processes and standards.
  • Build internal audit mechanisms to monitor process compliance and operating quality.
  • Support the improvement of customer experience through better operational control.

Key Requirements

Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Process Improvement, Operations Excellence, or related roles.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, or multi-location operations is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with Tech/Product teams or implementing automation initiatives is a strong plus.
