Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities

    1. Distributor Strategy & Development: Co-develop and implement distributor footprint and operating models, pilot innovative initiatives, and ensure effective scaling and transfer to local teams.
    2. Insight to Action: Translate insights into actionable pilots with local teams, ensuring sustainable models are embedded within distributor development.
    3. Performance Management: Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) to align objectives and drive performance outcomes.
    4. Stakeholder Management & Execution: Build strong stakeholder relationships, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead change management and communication initiatives.
    5. Distributor Engagement: Execute and continuously improve the DistributorEngagement Program, including business reviews and capability-building activities.
    6. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to uplift distributor performance and drive operational excellence.
    7. Corporate Purchase: Lead corporate purchasing initiatives to maximize value and support business growth.
    8. CS&L Project Management
    9. Support CS&L initiatives across distributor operations, ensuring effective project execution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
    10. Digital Enablement
    11. Drive adoption and optimization of digital platforms to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and digital integration.

    Position profile

    Bachelor's or Master's Degree

    Skill & Competencies

    • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
    • Deep understanding of distributor management and route-to-market dynamics
    • Advanced analytical capability with strong data interpretation skills (SQL is a plus)
    • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
    • Strong project management and execution capabilities
    • High adaptability with the ability to drive change in a dynamic environment
    • Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional working skills

    Experience

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in distributor development, commercial operations, or route-to-market roles
    • Proven track record in managing performance programs, incentives, or transformation initiatives
    • Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
    • Exposure to FMCG or similar fast-paced industries is preferred
