Manager, Digital Product Management (Open for Both HN/HCMC)

Overview:

The job-holder will be primarily responsible for owning the many products coming from the digital banking initiative in Vietnam to ensure delivery products to market in a timely manner and working cross-functional to get this done efficiently. Provide high-quality operational, organizational, and analytical support to Head of Digital Banking, and other business Heads. Identify and implement improvements to the strategy development and planning process, develop and own principles and processes for prioritizing projects and keeping those projects on track. Support development of business cases to properly obtain internal cross-functional resources for Digital-driven priorities and projects. Benefit potential partners downstream, testing, and feedback of new features to ensure they satisfy our partner pain points

Responsibilities

Functional (job responsibilities)

• Work directly with Head of Digital Banking on identifying core value proposition and opportunities for the long-term growth of the Digital Banking initiative
• Drive the digital at the core company strategy within the team and peers
• Own overall goal setting, product planning, and have full ownership of the roadmap
• Take ownership of each product developed by managing output of UI/UX team, working with stake holder, researching the market, drafting user flows
• Addressing any service requests that come in regarding digital projects
• Making reports and help service Product related issues from customers
• Other tasks assigned by Head of Digital Banking

Managerial (team/group responsibilities)

• Report to Head of Digital banking, HLBB functionally

Organizational (organizational responsibilities)

• Responsible for reporting on progress of Digital Initiative
• Work with Legal and Finance departments for contracts and payments
• Work with IT, Product, Operations, and other company wide divisions to ensure alignment with the banks broader goals and facilitate smooth cross-functional cooperation
• Ensure all products satisfy Legal and Compliance requirements
• Work and manage external vendors and Regional Malaysian team

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For

• College degree required, Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years experience developing product or in a business analyst role
• Prior experience with financial services
• Entrepreneurial mind-set, innovation and creativity
• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently at all levels in the organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Team player with excellent relationship management skills
• Stakeholder engagement and management.
• Project management.
• Independent and comfortable taking clear ownership of projects and processes.
