Role & Responsibilities:
- Operations Coordination (exlude Inbound process)
- Manage daily operational activities related to the Masan Consumer account, ensuring smooth coordination between warehouse, inventory, and order management teams.
- Monitor inbound and outbound operations to ensure service level targets are achieved.
- Inventory Management
- Track inventory movements and ensure accuracy across systems and physical stock.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, or operational variances.
- Support cycle count and stock reconciliation processes.
- Order & Fulfillment Monitoring
- Monitor order processing status and fulfillment performance to ensure timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve fulfillment issues and operational bottlenecks.
- Operational Reporting
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports covering:
- Inventory status
- Order fulfillment performance
- Operational exceptions
Provide data insights to support operational decision making.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a key operational contact point for Masan Consumer related operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address operational issues and improve service levels.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, reporting accuracy, and inventory visibility.
- Support operational projects aimed at improving efficiency and reducing operational risks.
Requirement / Experience
- Detail oriented
- English good verbal & written communication skill set
- Comfortable with processing transactions in system
- Comfortable managing huge amount of data
- Sensitive & ability to meet timelines & cutoffs
- Adaptability and ability to learn new things
- Ability to influence & negotiate
