SERVICE SUPERVISORLocation: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Excellence: Oversee and execute standard regulations for Exclusive Service Center (ESC) stores.
- Vendor Management: Support and manage AIOT service suppliers to ensure quality standards.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor service KPIs and manage the processing of pending claims.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate weekly service operation reports and provide strategic summaries for improvement.
- Management Support: Assist the Country Service Manager in fulfilling departmental workloads and ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications:
- Education: College degree or higher.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Language: Proficiency in English; Chinese is a significant plus.
- Attributes: Highly adaptable to temporary work arrangements; passionate about Xiaomi's culture and products.
