The Role: The Engine Room Operator
As our Operations Intern, you&aposll be the central hub, the master of efficiency who keeps our
entire organization running smoothly. You won&apost be fetching coffee; you&aposll be designing the
systems and processes that allow our builders to build and our team to deliver, faster and
better.

- Currently a top student at a leading university, pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
