Job Description:

1. KOC Offline Event Execution

  • Support end-to-end execution of offline KOC acquisition events at Industrial Zones (IZ), including pre-event preparation, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
  • Coordinate IZ operations, ensuring correct setup, flow, and execution according to approved plans
  • Work closely with internal teams (SM, CRM) to ensure smooth offline activation

2. POSM & On-ground Materials Management

  • Prepare and manage POSM materials (e.g., booth setup, standees, banners, leaflets, uniforms, giveaways) for IZ and offline events
  • Ensure POSM production, delivery, setup, and on-site usage are aligned with branding guidelines and event requirements
  • Track POSM inventory and support post-event logistics and storage

3. Voucher & Incentive Execution

  • Support the setup, distribution, and tracking of vouchers, incentives, and offline-exclusive offers used for KOC acquisition and activation
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure voucher mechanics, eligibility, and redemption flow are executed correctly
  • Monitor basic performance indicators related to voucher usage and on-ground sign-ups

4. PG Training & On-site Workforce Coordination

  • Support training and briefing of PGs / on-ground staff on Shopee Affiliates program, KOC onboarding flow, and event scripts
  • Ensure PGs understand key talking points, incentive mechanics, and basic troubleshooting during events
  • Assist in managing on-site manpower to ensure smooth crowd handling and registration flow

5. On-ground Operations & Reporting

  • Handle day-to-day on-ground operations, including registration flow, basic data collection, and issue handling during events
  • Support post-event reporting, including event summary, key learnings, and operational issues
  • Propose improvements to offline execution processes to enhance efficiency and participant experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in offline activation, on-ground execution, or field marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing or coordinating creative assets and POSM (booth setup, standees, banners, leaflets, giveaways).
  • Ability to execute creative content on-ground in line with branding guidelines and approved concepts.
  • Strong coordination and execution skills to manage materials, timelines, and on-site flow.
  • Experience with creator/KOL, affiliate, or community-based programs.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, dashboards, or internal systems is a plus.
