Job Description:
1. Online Acquisition Initiative Execution
- Execute online acquisition initiatives to attract, onboard, and activate KOLs/KOCs across digital channels.
- Ensure initiatives are implemented according to approved frameworks, timelines, and governance standards.
- Support end-to-end execution from initiative setup to post-campaign evaluation.
2. Compliance & Process Management
- Ensure all online acquisition initiatives comply with internal policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Operations teams to validate initiative setup and execution.
- Monitor compliance checkpoints throughout the initiative lifecycle (approval, execution, reporting).
- Identify compliance risks, gaps, or deviations and proactively escalate issues when necessary.
- Support audits, reviews, and internal checks related to acquisition initiatives.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track initiative performance against defined KPIs while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare structured reports for management with clear insights and compliance status.
- Maintain proper documentation for initiative performance and compliance records.
4. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as a coordination point between Acquisition, Product, Ops, BI, Legal, and Finance teams.
- Ensure alignment on initiative scope, approval flow, and execution standards.
- Support vendor or partner coordination under approved contractual and compliance frameworks.
5. Process Improvement & Documentation
- Document initiative execution flows, approval processes, and compliance checkpoints.
- Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency while maintaining compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in project execution, acquisition initiatives, operations, or program management (e-commerce / digital / affiliate background is a strong plus).
- Strong execution & ownership mindset able to manage multiple initiatives with clear timelines and checkpoints.
- High attention to detail with the ability to follow frameworks, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Basic understanding of data tracking, KPI monitoring, and reporting.
- Good coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Ops, BI, Legal, Finance).
- Proactive problem-solving ability able to identify risks, gaps, or deviations and escalate appropriately.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment with both operational and analytical tasks
- Experience with creator/KOL, affiliate, or community-based programs.
- Familiarity with automation tools, dashboards, or internal systems is a plus.
