Job Description

Job Purpose

  • The job holder supports Agile Tribes and Foundational Intiatives function by facilitating reporting, management accounting, logistics activities to ensure successful implementation of bank-wide initiatives.
  • The job holder collaborates with cross-functional teams within the Transformation Office and other divisions in the bank for operational consistency across bank-wide initiatives in activities relating to finance, procurement and human resources.

Key Accountabilities (1)
  • Operations Support and Governance
  • Provide logistics support for Head of IPMO and the team, CEO workshops, governance meetings and be the contact point for building the Agile working environment for the Transformation Office.
  • Dedicated to specific tribes to support with procurement proposal preparation and tracking, cost monitoring and reporting.
  • Support STEERCO meetings arrangements and preparation of required documentation including language translation.
  • Maintain the knowledge base of the Transformation Office as required.
  • Support tribe operational activities as required.

  • Assist with resource planning for assigned tribe.
  • Participate in onboarding of new team members.

  • Organise asset management for assigned tribe.
  • Support tracking resources and performance management aligned with interaction model between other divisions and Transformation Office.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
  • At least 3 years of project experience in a leading bank or technology organization
  • Strong knowledge and experience of banking product development, performance management, IT project implementation
  • Demonstrated experience working in a transformation office to drive a large organization-wide transformation program
  • Strong experience in performance tracking and management including operating rhythm of performance reviews.
  • Understands Agile principles, practices and Scrum methodologies (will be advantageous)
  • Experience working in Agile teams to support digital transformation projects (will be advantageous)
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Banking and Finance or relevant discipline
  • Project management certification in PMP, PgMP will be advantageous
