Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Expert, Project Management to support project governance, execution, and strategic alignment for a large-scale airport infrastructure project. The PMO Expert will oversee multiple workstreamsMRO, Catering, Fuel, Operations, BT Construction PM, Airlines/Route Planningensuring integration, timely delivery, and compliance with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Monitoring & Oversight
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from all workstreams.
- Monitor progress, scope, risks, and resource utilization across MRO, Catering, Fuel, Operations, BT Construction, and Airlines/Route Planning.
- Ensure quality implementation aligned with KPIs/OKRs.
Cross-Workstream Coordination
- Identify and resolve interdependencies and conflicts between workstreams.
- Facilitate integrated planning and risk mitigation strategies.
Reporting & Communication
- Act as the central coordination point for stakeholders.
- Deliver dashboards, progress charts, and risk matrices for all workstreams.
- Prepare Executive Committee materials and minutes of meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in aviation, infrastructure, or large-scale operations.
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Familiarity with airport operations and associated services (MRO, Catering, Fuel).
- Experience in construction project management for large-scale infrastructure.
- Knowledge of airline route planning and operational strategy.
- Strong background in CAPEX planning and cost control.
- Previous consulting experience with top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, etc.) is a plus.
