General information

  • Position: A full - time on site position
  • Location: Colgate - Palmolive Vietnam, My Phuoc Branch at My Phuoc 3 industrial zone, HCMC (Previously Binh Duong province). And company shuttle bus is available to support employees with their daily commute to and from the site.
  • Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m

Job summary: The Production Planning Officer is responsible for ensuring the timely and cost - effective planning, delivery, and management of line capacity to support operational execution and customer service targets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Production line management: Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production schedules that support business needs.
  • Capacity management: Perform regular capacity analysis, weighing demand against available line time to establish resource needs and outsourcing potential, while communicating risks to the plan.
  • Partner collaboration: Collaborate with Network Operations, SNP, Operations, and Equipment teams to drive operational efficiencies, execute operational strategies, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Alert management: Use available SAP tools to identify and mitigate product shortages or over-production. Work closely with the local CBS or SNP teams to set priorities and adjust plans.
  • 100% System driven planning: Support quarterly master data maintenance and SAP utilization processes to drive optimal automated planning. Define MRP data (such as Safety Stock, MOQ, and lot-size strategy) to maximize efficiency and minimize cost and waste while increasing service levels and quality.
  • Budgetary goals: Continuously monitor net requirements against budget volumes for capacity and labor resource planning to ensure the effective utilization of assets and personnel.
  • New product execution: Support Technical, Supply Network Planning, Operations, and Equipment teams to ensure preparedness and the timely execution of new product initiatives.

You are our potential candidates

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Industrial System Engineering, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of prior experience in Planning or Supply Chain roles.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Google Suites (specifically Google Sheets/Excel).
  • Strong Data Analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable planning insights.
  • Practical application of Supply Chain optimization tools and methodologies.
