Job Description:
- Assortment Strategy & Compliance Management
- Manage and execute the FBS assortment list, ensuring all products meet the acceptable criteria (category rules, operational feasibility, compliance requirements).
- Collaborate with Commercial teams to align on assortment strategy and expansion plans, including category prioritization, SKU selection, and inventory readiness.
- Monitor assortment performance and compliance, identifying SKUs that fall outside agreed criteria (e.g., low demand, operational constraints, size/weight issues).
- Alert Commercial and related teams when assortment thresholds are exceeded (e.g., oversized items, low rotation SKUs, or excessive long-tail listings).
- Support periodic review of the assortment list to maintain a healthy and operationally viable SKU portfolio.
- Provide insights on SKU efficiency, contribution, and optimization opportunities.
2. Network Supply & Inventory Management
- Monitor national-level supply health and translate it into warehouse-level inventory requirements.
- Track key supply metrics: stock readiness, inbound completion, coverage days, allocation efficiency, and inventory imbalance.
- Coordinate with Replenishment, IB Planning, and Warehouse teams to address supply gaps, delays, or forecasting misalignments.
- Identify SKU-level or site-level risks early and escalate with proposed action plans (e.g., rebalancing, fast-track inbound, removal of ineffective SKUs).
- Support the design and improvement of network supply planning logic and processes.
3. Cross-functional Alignment & Reporting
- Act as the key operations contact point between Supply Planning, Commercial, IB/OB Planning, and Warehouse regarding assortment and inventory matters.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on assortment compliance and supply health
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making on SKU strategy, product onboarding, and warehouse stocking policies.
- Participate in troubleshooting sessions to improve upstream planning accuracy and WH fulfillment KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- From 2 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, merchandising, or assortment management (e-commerce or FMCG preferred).
- Comfortable working with SKU-level data and operational supply metrics.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot, lookup, logic formulas). Power BI or SQL is a plus.
- Strong communication and ability to coordinate across teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage tasks across multiple warehouses and categories.
