12. Oversee the daily store operational tasks, main store image and ensure merchandising of product is accordance to company's standard and guidelines.

13. Supervise and lead so as to build a team committed in achieving targeted sales.

14. Train, coach and develop staff to ensure high standards of customer service and housekeeping maintenance.

15. Conduct periodic stock-take, inventory control and security check etc.

16. Resolving problems or issues arising from daily activities.

17. Develops and maintain creative store layout and product merchandising.
