Role Description

We are looking for a Pre-Senior PMO/PM with strong system thinking, analytical ability, and a passion for process optimization. The ideal candidate will develop and automate Google Sheets dashboards/scripts, monitor project progress, identify risks early, and support delivery excellence through data-driven insights and customer-oriented service.

Key Responsibilities

(1) Build and automate Google Sheets using Apps Script for PMO dashboards and reports.

(2) Support implementation and improvement of PMO processes, templates, and workflows.

(3) Track project progress, analyze data trends, and flag potential risks proactively.

(4) Collaborate with PMs, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with delivery standards.

(5) Provide data analysis and visualization for management decision-making.

(6) Manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously with strong prioritization.

(7) Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the PMO.

Requirements

(1) 3+ years of experience in Project Management or QA/Process Management.

(2) Strong logical and system thinking skills.

(3) Proficient in Google Sheets automation (Apps Script) and data analytics.

(4) Excellent problem-solving and risk identification capability.

(5) Detail-oriented, process-driven, and customer service mindset.

(6) Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

(7) English: intermediate or higher (for reporting and coordination).
