Competitor Counter Plan

• Work closely with KOL-managed teams (KAM, MCN, etc.) to understand KOL insights, pain points, and needs, with a focus on building stronger relationships with TikTok-native KOLs.
• Onboard potential KOLs based on project strategy to continuously expand and strengthen the Shopee KOL pool.
• Design KOL and competitor-focused incentive schemes to grow and retain high-performing KOLs coordinate execution and track performance.
• Analyze campaign and KOL performance to provide actionable recommendations, identify growth opportunities, and develop operational strategies to stay ahead of competitors.

Data Analysis & Report

• Work closely with BI teams to understand data logic, tracking frameworks, and key performance metrics.
• Monitor performance data regularly to detect trends, risks, and opportunities related to Meta and competitor activities.
• Deliver clear, data-driven reports and insights to enhance Meta partnership performance and ensure alignment with platform strategic objectives.

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Familiarity with TikTok and other social platforms creator ecosystems.
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or social media
• Strong strategic thinking skills & data analysis
• High integrity, good pressure tolerance, and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
