Job Description:
Strategic Campaign Execution & Management
- Quickly understand, adapt to, and operate platform systems to support promotion execution efficiently.
- Plan, monitor, and execute promotion programs in collaboration with Business Development & Marketing teams, including:
- Vouchers (platform, seller, free shipping, and other voucher types)
- Pricetags (product promotions, flash sales, bundles, add-on deals, ...)
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to validate requirements, align timelines, and ensure smooth campaign execution.
Product Development & System Optimization
- Drive product and feature development by consolidating business requirements, evaluating use cases, and assessing business impact.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams across testing, rollout, and iteration phases to ensure system readiness and scalability.
- Identify workflow gaps and lead process improvements to enhance execution speed, quality, and operational scalability.
Data Governance & Performance Analysis
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality, identifying invalid, misleading, or non-compliant requests and removing them from processing.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis and reporting on WoW/MoM performance, execution issues, and operational effectiveness.
- Always review on market insights, new initiatives, and competitor analysis, while supporting urgent ad-hoc requests and collaborating with Operations team (CS) to ensure a strong user experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to own projects independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in e-commerce / marketplace or tech background
- Experience working cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Data)
- Have a service mindset.
