Job Description:
1. End-to-End Supply Planning Ownership
- Own the overall supply planning strategy across inbound, replenishment, outbound, and transportation
- Ensure alignment between demand forecast, inventory positioning, and operational execution
- Balance trade-offs between service level, cost, and inventory health across the network
- Drive planning standardization, automation, and scalability
2. Replenishment strategy & Inventory Management
- Oversee replenishment strategy across thousands of SKUs by optimizing planning parameters (DOC, ATP)
- Ensure optimal stock levels and monitor inventory health metrics (DOC, ATP, Blackstock, OOS)
- Oversee inbound planning to ensure timely stock availability aligned with demand and campaigns
- Coordinate with Ops KAM and warehouse inbound teams
- Resolve upstream supply issues and minimize disruption risks
4. Network Supply & Assortment Planning:
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Operations, and other stakeholders to co-develop growth plans, ensuring supply capabilities (infrastructure, capacity, workforce) are aligned to support demand expansion
- Monitor SKU performance, identify low-efficiency or non-compliant SKUs, and drive corrective actions
- Detect and mitigate supply risks (stock gaps, imbalance, slow-moving SKUs)
5. Outbound / Operations Planning
- Lead operational planning to ensure fulfillment readiness across warehouse network, monitor forecast & planning accuracy
- Oversee planning for peak periods, campaigns, and holidays
- Ensure alignment between Commercial activities (campaigns, promotions) and Operations capacity
- Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in fulfillment performance
6. 3PL Planning & Transportation Management
- Oversee transportation planning and coordination with 3PL partners
- Manage logistics cost performance and drive cost optimization initiatives
- Monitor 3PL performance (SLA, capacity, service quality) and enforce compliance
- Align contract terms, pricing models, and service scope with business needs
- Resolve transportation disruptions and ensure smooth execution
7. Cross-functional Leadership & Alignment
- Act as the central planning point between Commercial, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics teams
- Drive alignment on demand, supply, capacity, and execution plans
- Lead discussions on trade-offs and decision-making during constraints or peak periods
- Ensure visibility through structured reporting and planning cadence
Requirements:
- 5-8 years in Supply Chain / Planning / Logistics / E-commerce operations
- At least 2-3 years in a team leadership role
- Experience managing complex SKU portfolio and warehouse network
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical and data processing skills
- Solid understanding of supply planning, inventory management, and fulfillment operations
- Strong system thinking and ability to connect end-to-end supply chain flows
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in planning tools or systems (e.g., SAP IBP) is an advantage
