Location: Viet Nam / SEA (Remote)
Work Schedule:
Day Shift: Standard Vietnam Time (GMT+7) for core team collaboration.
Night Shift: Expected to operate from a different timezone to cover Vietnam night-time hours.
About the role:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Meta Account Operations Specialist to manage
- and maintain the stability of Meta (Facebook) advertising accounts.
- This role ensures smooth campaign execution by supporting account health, minimizing disruptions, and enabling performance teams to scale efficiently across multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Setup & Management: Create and maintain Meta ad assets (BM, ad accounts, pixels, permissions).
- Daily Operations: Monitor account health, spending, and delivery. Ensure accounts are ready for launch and track inventory.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve common issues such as account disablements, payment failures, and tracking issues. Coordinate account recovery/replacement.
- Data Support: Ensure correct pixel and conversion tracking setup and data sync.
- Process: Maintain logs, follow SOPs, and track status via Asana/Google Sheets.
- Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
- 24/7 Monitoring & Support: Provide continuous account monitoring and timely issue resolution across different time zones to minimize disruptions.
Requirements Must have:
- 1 - 3 + years in Meta Ads or account operations.
- Familiar with Meta Business Manager, ad structure, and pixel basics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Strong problem-solving and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Nice to have)
- Experience in an agency/high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio/BigQuery/API.
- Understanding of CPA, ROAS, and performance metrics.
