Job Description:
- Design and implement education activities for Merchants, including:
(1) Research/setup/execute new training techniques, and
(2) Deliver enhancements to existing training programs/channels/merchant education site features, and anticipate future learning needs.
- Produce educational contents and merchant communication materials
- Establish processes and tools to evaluate training effectiveness, identify content gaps, and continuously update materials to improve merchant learning outcomes.
- Responsible for local/foreign market research to enhance concept design, feature proposals, and new training activity implementation.
- Propose and execute plans to acquire more traffic for education websites and related projects.
- Assist Line Manager in other tasks assigned
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in communications, human resources, journalism, literature, marketing, or other related fields.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in training and development management.
- Fluency in Chinese is a plus
- Experience as a content creator in prior roles creating solid and engaging content
- Prior job experience in web traffic metrics, SEO, and web publishing
- Detail-oriented work style with strong time management and organizational skills, excellent research, and multi-tasking skills.
- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track performance data and optimize campaigns/features accordingly.
