1. Position:Merchandiser (with Purchasing Experience)
2. Industry: Garment / Textile
3. Location: Hai Phong city ( 03 HC) + Ho Chi Minh city (02 HC)
4. Main Responsibilities:

Merchandising:

• Act as the key coordinator between Buyer and factory.
• Follow the end-to-end process: material booking production QA shipment.
• Manage Time & Action Plan (TNA) to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with buyer regarding comments, approvals, and shipment planning.
• Handle issues related to quality, schedule, and documentation.

Purchasing-related:

• Work directly with fabric and trim suppliers: place orders, track delivery, and monitor quality.
• Negotiate price, leadtime, and terms with suppliers to optimize cost and ensure smooth supply.
• Review and verify documents: PI, invoice, packing list, COA/test report.
• Coordinate with warehouse & QA for material inspection and stock control.
• Build and maintain a reliable supplier network.

Requirements:

• working experience in Purchasing/Sourcing or Merchandising in garment/textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of fabric, trims, garment production process, and QA standards.
• Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficiency in English (email, call, meeting) and good Excel skills. Priority will be given to candidates proficient in Korean.
• Ability to manage timeline, multi-task, and solve problems quickly.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and good communication skills.

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates who worked in Purchasing/Sourcing department (garment, fabric, accessories) and want to develop career in Merchandising.
• Experience in handling labdip, test report, approvals is a plus.
