Job Description:
1. Budget Planning & Performance Tracking
- Assist in budget planning, resource tracking, and forecasting for Multi Channel Network (MCN) projects.
- Oversee MCN performance metrics and commercial outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports to track progress identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Recommend data-backed optimizations to improve efficiency and scale impact.
2. Project / Process Management
- Support the end-to-end execution of MCN projects.
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and communication plans to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose SOPs or tooling enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Business Development, Campaign Management, Product, Data, and Platform Governance teams to align MCN efforts with broader company goals.
- Serve as a contact point - ensuring MCN needs are reflected in product roadmaps, data pipelines, and policy decisions.
- Facilitate smooth communication and problem-solving across stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in business analysis, or strategy & operations, ideally in e-commerce/digital environments.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in analysis tools.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Able to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, ideally fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- Good business sensitivity with independent thinking.
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
