Salary range: 1500-2500 USD

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Tan Binh Office. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for every ATL - BTL marketing functions:

1. Strategic Marketing & Branding

  • Assist the CEO and VP of Sales in developing business plans, marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with Bestmixs business goals.
  • Strengthen Bestmixs brand positioning in domestic and international markets.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels.

2. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market studies, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Translate data into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide regular market intelligence reports to senior management.

3. Campaign & Communication Management

  • Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Oversee content creation for social media, website, PR, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage corporate communication and maintain positive media/public relations.

4. Product & Sales Support

  • Collaborate with R&D and Sales teams to align product positioning with market demand.
  • Develop technical brochures, product guides, and sales tools to support sales teams.
  • Organize seminars, exhibitions, workshops for different target groups and customer engagement activities.

5. Digital Marketing & Innovation

  • Drive digital transformation in marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and online advertising.
  • Explore new marketing technologies and channels to enhance customer engagement.
  • Monitor and report on digital performance (traffic, leads, conversions).

6. Leadership & Budget Management

  • Lead and develop the Marketing team, ensuring continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI-driven initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business results.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the construction, building materials or construction chemical industry
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong market research and analysis skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
