1. Brand Introduction & Market Development
-Introduce and represent brands to the Vietnam market
-Identify and engage potential new clients and business partners
-Leverage existing networks and develop new partnerships
-Explore and approach potential venues (e.g., kids cafs, retail partners) for brand introduction and product placement
2. Consumer Understanding
-Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape
-Enhance customer experience through a customer-centric approach
3. Brand Management & Marketing Operations
-Propose, develop, and execute tactical marketing programs to drive brand love and affinity
-Manage and operate across multiple ecommerce and social media platforms: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook
-Oversee content marketing, performance marketing, and ecommerce operations
-Plan and execute communication and media activities across all channels
-Monitor and analyze marketing and brand performance, proposing suitable improvement initiatives
4. Corporate Brand Strategies
-Build and implement brand strategies and positioning for both short term and longterm objectives
-Develop brand guidelines, style guides, brand vision and value propositions
-Lead and manage all brand marketing activities, including advertising campaigns and new brand development initiatives
Required Skills and Experience
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)
-3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG, retail, ecommerce, or mom & baby industry
-Platform Expertise: Experience operating on multiple ecommerce and social media platforms, specifically: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook
-Comprehensive Marketing Knowledge: have strong knowledge about Overall management of marketing, Ecommerce operations, Content marketing, Performance marketing
-Highly flexible/openminded, resourceful and practical
-Communication & Presentation skill, Negotiation
-Advanced English skill, both in speaking and writing skills
