Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Tan Binh Office. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for every ATL - BTL marketing functions:
Strategic Marketing & Branding:
- Support the CEO and VP of Sales in developing business and marketing strategies across GT, MT, Distributor, Project, and B2B channels.
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with Bestmix's business objectives.
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent brand identity across all channels.
Market Insight & Planning:
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
- Translate data into actionable strategies and provide regular market intelligence reports.
Campaign & Trade Marketing Execution:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, trade, and consumer).
- Lead product launches, trade promotions, visibility standards, POSM, and distributor incentive programs.
- Manage trade marketing budget and monitor execution and ROI.
- Organize roadshows, dealer conferences, and trade activation events.
Product & Sale Enablement:
- Align product positioning with market demand in collaboration with Sales and R&D.
- Develop sales tools, technical brochures, and marketing materials.
- Support sales through seminars, workshops, and customer engagement activities.
Digital Marketing & Communications:
- Oversee digital content, corporate communications, and public relations.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives (SEO/SEM, social media, online advertising).
- Track and report digital performance metrics.
Leadership & Budget Management:
- Lead and develop the Marketing team.
- Manage the marketing budget with a strong ROI focus.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business results.
Qualifications
- Experience in the construction, building materials or construction chemical industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong market research and analysis skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills
