Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and managing both online and offline marketing campaigns. Responsibilities will also include overseeing promotional initiatives, coordinating with the operations team to align marketing efforts with business goals, tracking campaign performance, and driving customer engagement to strengthen the restaurant's brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in strategic marketing, brand management, and campaign development
  • Solid experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and identifying customer trends
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving ability and creativity in designing marketing initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, on-site environment
