Reporting to: Expats COO (UK)
Working hours: Mon-Fri (9AM - 6PM) and Sat Morning (9 AM - 12PM)
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives across both B2B and B2C channels. This role requires a strong focus on lead generation, digital marketing campaigns, and offline event management, with the ability to craft and deliver messages in fluent, professional English for international markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for both B2B and B2C segments.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
2. Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute targeted lead generation campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Optimize SEO/SEM performance and monitor analytics to maximize ROI.
- Manage content marketing strategies, including blog articles, videos, product demos, and case studies.
3. Offline Marketing & Events
- Plan and execute sports exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer meetings, product launches, and community engagement events.
- Build relationships with industry partners, distributors, and media outlets.
4. Brand & Communication
- Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Create compelling marketing content in English for brochures, press releases, social media, and website.
- Manage PR activities and ensure the company is positively represented in local and international markets.
5. Team & Budget Management
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve set KPIs.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the sports equipment or consumer goods sector.
- Proven track record in lead generation for both B2B and B2C markets.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM, Marketing Automation platforms).
- Experience organizing offline marketing events and exhibitions.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)ability to create high-quality, professional marketing content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
