Marketing Manager

Role Summary

RCA is a premium wellness and longevity ecosystem focused on delivering modern, science-backed beauty and health experiences.

The Marketing Manager leads RCA's end-to-end marketing function, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across our wellness and longevity portfolio. This role owns the marketing strategy and is responsible for translating brand vision into campaigns that resonate with a discerning, health-conscious audience across digital and physical channels.

Working closely with the Director and cross-functional teams, the Marketing Manager will build and execute integrated marketing plans, oversee performance across all channels, and ensure RCA is positioned as the definitive premium wellness destination in Vietnam.

As a growing startup, team members at RCA are expected to contribute beyond strict job descriptions when needed. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking on multiple responsibilities to help the company move forward.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and own RCA's annual and quarterly marketing strategy across all business units.
  • Define target audiences, positioning, and go-to-market plans for new and existing services.
  • Set marketing KPIs and manage budget allocation across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Identify growth opportunities and market trends in the Vietnam wellness and longevity sector.

2. Campaign Management & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, OOH, and event channels.
  • Oversee content production including copywriting, visual assets, video, and editorial calendars.
  • Manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) and track performance against objectives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners as needed.

3. Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Own RCA's digital presence including website, social media platforms, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Drive CRM and email marketing initiatives to nurture leads and retain existing clients.
  • Manage and grow RCA's online community and social media following.

4. Partnership & Community Marketing

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with influencers, wellness communities, and brand collaborators.
  • Plan and execute RCA events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, PR contacts, and key opinion leaders.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Brand Manager to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and clinic teams to support lead generation and client retention.
  • Report marketing performance and insights to the Director and leadership team.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in wellness, beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, or luxury consumer brands preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, paid media, and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and creative teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.
