Our client is a leading retail group in Vietnam, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

PR & Brand Communications

  • Develop PR strategy and a PR calendar by month/quarter/year/campaign.
  • Build and maintain relationships with: media, KOL/KOC, influencers, media partners, agencies.
  • Plan and execute: press releases, interviews, PR articles, and content seeding for brand and products.
  • Manage communications crises (if any arise).
  • Measure PR performance: coverage, sentiment, share of voice.

Digital Marketing

  • Build and implement a Digital Marketing Strategy: Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), Website.
  • Manage digital content: content plans across ATL channels, ensuring consistency in brand tone of voice and mood.
  • Monitor and optimize performance: reach, engagement, CTR, traffic.

Events & Activation

  • Plan and organize brand events, product launches, customer events, store openings.
  • Build and manage the full event lifecycle: concept & storyline/script, budget & vendors, execution/operations.
  • Ensure events clearly reflect: brand DNA, premium experience, and strong media/social amplification.
  • Evaluate post-event effectiveness.

Budget & Partner Management

  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets by month/quarter/year/campaign.
  • Act as the main point of contact to work with and manage agencies.
  • Evaluate performance, negotiate costs, and optimize ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • 58 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years managing PR/Digital/Event at manager level.
  • Preference for candidates with agency background, strong relationships with the media/press, and experience working with luxury jewellery, fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and the customer journey.
  • Proven ability to manage PR, digital, and event campaigns.
  • Data analysis and performance measurement capability.
  • Strong communication and inspirational leadership skills.
  • Strategic and creative mindset.
  • Solid stakeholder communication and management skills.
  • Proactive and able to perform under high pressure.
  • Flexible and willing to support after-hours activities when needed.
  • Disciplined, self-driven, and resilient under pressure.
