Job Summary

Support the promotion of Peranakan Holdings dining brands, heritage experiences, and community initiatives by creating engaging content, coordinating campaigns, and assisting with partnerships and event marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and other marketing channels to increase brand awareness
• Capture photos and short videos of food, events, and behind-the-scenes activities to support marketing efforts
• Draft clear captions, promotional materials, and simple marketing copy to attract target audiences
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, dining promotions, and events to drive customer engagement
• Coordinate with media, influencers, and community partners to enhance marketing reach and collaboration
• Update marketing calendars and track campaign engagement metrics to monitor performance
• Conduct basic research on customer interests and market trends to inform marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure promotional information is accurate and up to date

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Currently pursuing studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field
• Proficient in written and verbal communication to effectively convey marketing messages
• Familiarity with social media platforms and Canva for content creation basic video editing skills are advantageous
• Creative, organized, and eager to learn new marketing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
• Interest in food, culture, and community impact to align with brand values
